The Budget session of the Parliament got off an electric start after Prime Minister Narendra Modi delivered a speech today. He began his speech by mocking Rahul Gandhi who had claimed that an earthquake would rock the Parliament if he were allowed to speak.

Prime Minister spoke on a wide range of issues and even slammed the Congress for giving too much importance to the Nehru-Gandhi Family.
